Team Wiseguys was originally formed in the spring of 1999. After winning the ICC/NAAPSA State Novice Championship in 2000 it was decided to change our status to amateur so that we could participate in the NAAPSA Nationals; we placed 16th. Even though Team Wiseguys has gone through a couple of facelifts since its inauguration, we continue to be a formidable team. Wiseguys strive to become well known for its strong sense of sportsmanship and positive promotion of the sport. We place the following qualities above winning:
1. Being fair and honest players.
2. Playing to have fun.
3. Having a positive attitude on and off the field.
We pride ourselves in being well known for these qualities and we value the respect we
have earned from other teams. We treat every player as if they were a member of our team and a friend. We promote and uphold the rules of the sport and educate new players in proper safety and attitude. Without sportsmanship, honesty, and attention to safety; paintball will never gain acceptance from the general population. We stand committed to promoting the sport in a positive light.
For the 2008 season Team Wiseguys will become more active as we plan to attend all 5 CTS 5-man events. We may also attend some other local 5-man and 3-man competitions for fun and practice.
